The Snowhaven papers are reminiscent of active winter days and evenings curled up in front of the fire wearing your warm Nordic sweaters and maybe drinking hot chocolate (maybe with a 'kick' in it?). The featured colors are Daisy wht, Black, Cranberry (red) and Glacier (blue), with a little discrete Whisper (grey). IMO, this is a great 'winter' paper, good for cards and layouts all season long. I can just see picts of the kids on the sled or skating at the outdoor rink, or maybe all bundled up and bringing home the Christmas tree.
This pattern is available as a Paperpack (x7188b), Complements (x7188c), and an Assortment (z3008), and conveniently, also as a Cardmaking Workshop on the Go (WOTG/ G1085).
Our other festive pattern is Yuletide Carol and if you love vintage designs then you'll LOVE this paperpack! The whole pack has that 'slightly distressed' look, whether it's the faded music sheet paper or the 'stockings hung by the fire' paper. I REALLY love the versatility of this paper, there's so much to use in different ways, I just can't say enough about this ppk. I really want to use this for layouts of when I was a kid, with my family, waaay back when, but I know I'll love using it for my own kids Christmas antics- Santa photos, decorating the tree, setting out Santa's milk and cookies, putting up the stockings, or Christmas morning chaos, all traditions in my house.
For me, this is the perfect 'Christmas' paper, bringing to mind all those traditions we all practice. The featured colors are Colonial wht, black, New England Ivy, Ruby, Champagne and Desert Sand. This pattern is available as a Paperpack (x7187b), Complements (x7187c), Assortment (z3007) and Scrapbooking Workshop (WOTG/ G1084). Take a quick look at the following stamp sets- Christmas Post, Noel, Yuletide Greetings and Frosty Fun to complete those Christmas layouts and cards.
