Halloween & Fall Seasonal Blog Hop

Hold a Gathering.. Or, invite me to yours!

   Interested in creating Layouts or cards?  Getting goodies for FREE?  Then contact me about holding a Gathering!  'Gather' your friends together for an evening (or morning or afternoon) of crafting and togetherness.  Together, we'll come up with a project to WOW your friends and get those creative juices flowing.

   Or, hold a 'Class'.  What's the difference?  At a Class you and your friends will complete a project- a set of layouts or cards- over a number of hours; there is a set class fee, and there is no expectation of receiving Hostess rewards (although it is nice).  It's just a period to get crafty with your peeps.  Realistically, you will hold a Gathering to make a simple, single project, with the hope that purchases will be made such that you the Hostess will receive benefits.

   Or, maybe you're in charge of a school/ church/ community/ charity fundraiser.  I'd be happy to set up at your site as a vendor, with proceeds going to your fundraiser.  I can also arrange for a Door prize or a 'Make'n'Take', or goodies for the Bling bag.  I'm happy to help You reach Your fundraising goals.

Let Me Introduce You to- Chalk it up!

 

Chalk it up is a great paper pack- bright and vibrant!  It imitates the super- trendy notebook doodles and chalkboard appearance.  It’s the ‘go-to’ paper pack for all things school-like but don’t let that stop you from incorporating it into all kinds of other projects/ themes.  The papers feature one of the new colors- Flaxen, along with Lagoon, Sorbet and Champagne, as well as Black and Daisy white.  It’s available as a paper pack (x7184B- $10.95), or as a Workshop (G1081- $32.95).  The paper pack contains 6 double-sided patterned papers (Duos) and 6 sheets of cardstock.  The coordinating Complements (x7184C- $5.50) are 2 sheets of cute chipboard words and images, including a journaling box, banners, flourishes and word balloons.  The Chalk it up Assortment (Z3009- $5.50) is an 8x4” sheet of puffy stickers of hearts arrows, word bubbles, stars, tickets and even a couple pairs of retro glasses, in a variety of featured colors.

The Chalk it up Workshop (G1081) includes the regular paper pack and the Assortment, along with 3 extra cardstock, and the Black Striped Twill ribbon ( Z1988, reg $7.75 / 5 yds) and an Instructional brochure.  The Exclusive D-sized stamp set- a $19.75 value- includes a set of numbers, arrows, a journal box, word bubble and a set of sentiments. You’ll be using this stamp set over and over!  To complete the workshop as shown, you’ll also need Black, Flaxen and Sorbet ink pads and the following My Acrylix blocks: 1x1, 1x3 1/2, 2x3 1/2 and 4x5.  The projects as shown can be made with or without the Cricut Artbooking cartridge.

You’ll go straight to the head of the class with projects made with this paper and the featured stamp sets!

 

 

Class Reminder: Birthday card class

Hey there, just a little reminder that registration for my Birthday Card Class on Sat Sept 27th (9.30-1.30) and Sun Sept 28th (1.30- 5.30) will end on Sept 17th.  You will make 12 cards for $25.  All pieces are pre-cut, you stamp and put together- some fussy cutting may be required.  Get your name in soon, classes are filling up.
